What a lovely stay. This condo is exactly as pictured. Lots of luxe details (premium bedding, espresso machine, high-end furniture, etc.) plus a fully stocked kitchen including coffee, oil, basic spices, etc. This is our second stay at Villas Kau Kan. I love the proximity to the beach, the sunsets, the rooftop infinity pool and the taxis that are always right outside the front door. This is our go-to place. It never disappoints.

This was a very comfortable and easy stay.  We loved the outdoor spaces and shower, easy parking, delicious coffee lab restaurant right there for coffee and food.  Appreciated quick responses from host and design of space!

We had such a terrific stay in this apartment. PRIME location in Roma Norte, easy access to everywhere you want to be. The place was awesome, two great bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, terrace off the one bedroom and private access to a rooftop terrace as well. Great touches like a lazyboy in what would normally be a dead space. That was our dog’s favourite spot! Calm in the middle of the storm. Great value for money. Highly, highly recommend!

I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The location was perfect for exploring the city, and the space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. As expected in a busy city, there was some noise, but the host was thoughtful enough to provide earplugs, which was a nice touch. Communication was smooth, and check-in was easy. Amazing penthouse and location! The vaulted ceilings were epic and the decor was stylish. We worked remotely for the week taking Zoom calls and the internet worked great the whole time. However, they need more lighting—it was hard to see pretty much everywhere at night. We couldn’t use the downstairs bedroom because it was too dark to see any of our clothes in the closet. They also need a better desk—the “office” where the monitor is was unusable for any extended period of time since there’s nowhere for your legs to go. But, the dining table worked well for us instead. The location was awesome. Right by the park and four cafes and multiple restaurants within a block. Responsive team and the security guards were super nice.

Enjoyed our stay here. Was a little dirty when we got in but the team set a crew to re-clean right away, which we appreciated. Location is a little weird but only a five min walk to the main street. Would recommend to a large group traveling to Mexico City.

We had a great stay at Tasman’s place. The location in Roma Norte is super convenient and right by many restaurants, bars, and street food trucks which we appreciated. Was also nice to be located above a 7/11!

I highly recommend staying here! The view from the kitchen, living room, and balcony is so beautiful, it feels like you're still on the beach from inside the apartment. I loved waking up to have coffee while facing the beautiful ocean & sunrise. We spent very comfortable days here with the high ceilings, comfy furniture, useful kitchen, and nice master closet. 

The pool and jacuzzi was awesome since it was right on the beach. There were never too many people,  it was just right to share but sometimes we got the entire pool to ourselves. The "camastras" were also nice to have - we got a little shade when it got too sunny. They also had the bar serviced by a wonderful lady who works at a nearby restaurant which was super convenient for food + drinks. The location is awesome -  the beach here is very clear and beautiful. I saw so many whales from here. It was a nice touch that they left us some binoculars for whale watching.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was spacious, beautiful, and met our needs perfectly. We made good use of the fridge for our groceries, as well as the stovetop and microwave to prepare some of our dinners. Good location to be if you want to go out in Roma Norte. Everything is walkable with a lot of restaurant, cafes, bars, and vendors close by. The matcha place right downstairs next door is great. Overall our stay was enjoyable with plenty of space for our group of 5 to have their own bed.

Some of us got hot at night but the fan helps. If you’re a light sleeper, you might be bothered by the noise but they give you ear plugs.

Tasman communicated proactively and frequently. We had an easy check in and check out, everything was clean and tidy. The place is comfortable and the area is lively and walkable. The beds were comfortable and the common areas spacious. 

The only thing that could be improved and would make a big difference is air conditioning. They don’t mention they have one, but we didn’t expect to need it in Mexico City. However, the city has gotten quite hot and it has become necessary. 

However, we would still highly recommend this place and Tasman was a great host!

The location was great in terms of proximity to shops and restaurants and the staff was super helpful. We did find it noisy at night which made it hard to sleep on occasion and there may have been some allergen because of bleach on sheets and towels, but it was very clean and looked like the photos. Overall, was a nice value for our party!

Loved staying at Tasman Roma Norte! While staying here I felt the comfort and privacy of an airbnb with the amenities and front desk help of a hotel. Whenever we needed more toilet paper, paper towels, bath towels, or something fixed, the host was on top of it and got it done immediately. I highly recommend this spot for your visit to CDMX!

Cannot stress how wonderful this experience has been! We booked this place for a family trip and it did not disappoint. It is located at the heart of a very walkable neighborhood, and very close to the subway station as well. Feels like living in a boutique hotel.

Overall, the apartment served our needs well. Nice location. However, some negatives: extremely dusty and dirty floors upon arrival which weren't cleaned until the next afternoon, coffee maker missing pieces, kitchen layout and amenities were poor.

In wish it had ac instead of fans but we all slept well and weee comfortable

Place was awesome! In the best location and the host was great. The only thing to mention was that were wasn’t AC so sleeping at night got a little hot but there were ceiling fans. Also one of the 3 bedrooms had a door to the patio which meant it was noisy in the morning with traffic. Still would come back and stay here again though!
